This programs starts on a Saturday and ends on the following Saturday.

Here, you'll be able to pursue your own creative calling while being inspired by the beauty and splendor of God's creation.

The focus of this program is on engaging and improving our physical AND spiritual health. Just as we need to be intentional with our exercise and nutrition practices if we want to see improvements in our physical condition, we need to be similarly intentional in our spiritual disciplines if we want to enhance our spiritual condition.

This program is best suited for women who want a semi-active holiday focused on both physical and spiritual wellness. This program will incorporate fun and casual physical activity and is suitable for anyone with an average level of fitness.
