Our relaxation-focused experiences are designed for women seeking rest, refreshment, and renewed spiritual health & vitality.

Our non-denominational, Holy Spirit-guided Christian retreats are firmly rooted in Biblical scripture and centered on Jesus -- the Way, the Truth, and the Life. Our retreats emphasize discipleship, sanctification, and spiritual transformation in Christ.

We do not use or practice any Eastern ideologies, New Age spirituality, crystals, energy healings, manifestation techniques, or occult beliefs.

Fitness, Faith & Flourish Retreat

The focus of this program is on engaging and improving our physical AND spiritual health. Just as we need to be disciplined in our exercise and nutrition if we want to see improvements in our physical strength, we need to be similarly disciplined in our faith practices if we want to grow in our spiritual fitness. The more consistent and intentional we are, the stronger we will become and the more endurance we will have.

This program is best suited for women who want an active holiday focused on both physical and spiritual fitness. This program will incorporate moderate physical activity and is suitable for anyone with an average level of fitness.

Program starts on a Wednesday and ends on the following Sunday.

We can offer bespoke, fully customized retreats for individuals or small groups for the dates of your choosing. Minimum stay is 4 nights and subject to lodge availability.

We want every woman who wishes to have a retreat opportunity to be able to participate.

If God is stirring your heart to come, but finances are holding you back, we will try to work with you to make this opportunity financially feasible for you to join.

We intend to be wise stewards of our scholarship funds to be able to award as many deserving women as possible, so we will review each application thoroughly.
